We have to break the stigma surrounding mental health issues and become more aware of the signs, within ourselves and others. Here are 7 signs we should all look out for:

1.     Change in feelings or demeanour
2.     Loss of interest
3.     Change in sleeping habits
4.     Low energy
5.     Difficulty interacting
6.     Appetite or weight changes
7.     Uncontrollable emotions

If you are struggling, please reach out to a close friend, family member or work colleague. Take that first brave step in order to get the help you need.
